Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech. Leaving the city behind, you will travel through the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains, following one of Morocco's most scenic roads.

As the route climbs toward the Tizi n'Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters, there will be several opportunities to stop and admire panoramic views of valleys, mountain peaks, and traditional Berber villages built into the hillsides. Continuing south, you will pass through the beautiful Ounila Valley, known for its ancient kasbahs, palm groves, and red-earth villages. Along the way, there will be photo stops to enjoy some of the region's most spectacular scenery.

Upon arrival at Ait Ben Haddou, meet your local guide and begin exploring this extraordinary fortified village. Wander through its narrow passages, discover centuries-old mud-brick buildings, and learn about the history of this important trading post that once connected Marrakech with the Sahara Desert.

The ksar has served as a filming location for many famous productions, including Gladiator, The Mummy, Kingdom of Heaven, and Game of Thrones. Climb to the top of the hill for breathtaking views overlooking the surrounding valley and desert landscapes.

After the guided visit, enjoy free time for lunch at a local restaurant with views of the kasbah and surrounding countryside.

In the afternoon, relax on the return journey through the High Atlas Mountains before arriving back in Marrakech, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation with wonderful memories of one of Morocco's most iconic destinations.
