Pickup from the port, airport, or your hotel in Tangier. If your arrival time is early, we can make a short stop for photos near the coast before heading inland. The road climbs into the Rif Mountains, passing small towns and scenic viewpoints.

Arrive in Chefchaouen and settle into your accommodation. You will have time to explore the medina on foot, with its blue painted alleys, small artisan shops, and relaxed atmosphere. A walk to Ras El Ma spring is a nice way to end the afternoon. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

After breakfast, enjoy a little free time in Chefchaouen for photos while the streets are quieter. Then we drive toward Volubilis, one of the most important Roman archaeological sites in Morocco. Walk among mosaics, arches, and old stone streets.

Continue to Meknes for a short visit and break. Depending on time, we stop for a main landmark area and a calm walk through a local part of the city. In the late afternoon, arrive in Fes and check into your riad.

Meet your local guide and explore Fes at a comfortable pace. Start with a panoramic viewpoint to understand the city layout, then enter the medina on foot. You will visit historic schools, artisan workshops, and traditional markets. The tanneries are a highlight, and your guide will explain the process and help you avoid tourist traps.

Lunch in a local restaurant inside or near the medina, then continue with more cultural stops and quiet corners. Return to your riad in the afternoon.

Today is a scenic travel day with planned stops for comfort and photos. We stop in Ifrane for a short walk, then continue to the cedar forest near Azrou. If the monkeys are present, you can watch them in their natural area and take photos.

After lunch around Midelt, the landscape changes as we descend toward the Ziz Valley. We stop at viewpoints where you can see palm groves stretching through the valley floor. By late afternoon, arrive in Merzouga near the dunes. Depending on timing, you can enjoy a calm walk at the edge of the sand. Overnight in a hotel near the dunes.

After breakfast, we explore the Merzouga region beyond the dunes. This day is about local life and desert landscapes. We can visit a small village known for traditional music, stop at an oasis area, and enjoy wide desert views away from the main road. You will have free time to relax, take photos, or simply enjoy the silence of the desert.

In the late afternoon, meet your camel guide and begin the sunset camel trek into the dunes. The ride is slow and peaceful, with a stop on a high dune to watch the light change. Arrive at your desert camp, enjoy dinner, and spend the night under the stars.

Wake early for sunrise if you wish. After breakfast, leave the desert and stop in Rissani, a historic market town. If the market is open, you can walk through and see dates, spices, and local goods.

Continue toward Todra Gorge for a walk between high canyon walls and along the river. This is a refreshing stop and a great place for lunch. In the afternoon, drive to the Dades Valley with scenic stops, including viewpoints and unusual rock formations. Overnight in Dades Valley.

After breakfast, travel along the road of kasbahs toward Ouarzazate, passing palm groves and old fortified homes. Continue to Ait Ben Haddou, an iconic historic site. You will have time to walk through the old pathways and reach viewpoints over the valley.

In the afternoon, cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka road, with stops for panoramic photos. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon or early evening. Overnight in Marrakech.

After breakfast, travel to Casablanca. Depending on your flight schedule or hotel timing, we can include a stop at the Hassan II Mosque area for photos and a walk along the seafront. Then we drop you off at your accommodation or the airport in Casablanca, ending your 8 day Morocco itinerary.
