Upon landing in Casablanca, your driver will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. If time allows, begin your journey with a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, one of the most impressive religious monuments in the world, set directly above the Atlantic Ocean. Later, take a short drive through the city center and along the Corniche before settling in for your first night.

After breakfast, travel to Rabat, Morocco’s political capital. Explore Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the peaceful Kasbah of the Udayas overlooking the Bouregreg River. In the afternoon, continue north toward Tangier. Upon arrival, discover Cape Spartel where two seas meet and explore the legendary Hercules Caves. End the day wandering through Tangier’s historic Medina before overnight stay.

Depart Tangier and drive through the green landscapes of the Rif Mountains. Along the way, enjoy scenic stops before reaching Chefchaouen. Spend the afternoon discovering its blue painted streets, artisan shops, and quiet squares. For panoramic views, walk up to the Spanish Mosque at sunset. Overnight in a traditional riad.

After breakfast, head south to Volubilis, a remarkable Roman archaeological site with preserved mosaics and ancient columns. Continue to Meknes to see Bab Mansour, the Royal Stables, and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Later in the day, drive to Fes and check into your riad in the old city.

Today is devoted to Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural heart. Begin with a panoramic viewpoint before entering the UNESCO listed Medina. Visit the Royal Palace gates, the Jewish Quarter, Al Quaraouiyine University, traditional tanneries, and beautifully decorated madrasas. Wander through artisan quarters where pottery, woodwork, and leather are still produced by hand. Return to your riad in the evening.

Leave Fes and travel south through the Middle Atlas region. Stop in Ifrane, known for its alpine style architecture, then continue to the cedar forests near Azrou where Barbary macaques live. After lunch in Midelt, drive through the dramatic Ziz Valley with its vast palm groves. Arrive in Merzouga by late afternoon and relax near the dunes.

Begin the day exploring the Merzouga region by 4x4, visiting desert nomads, hidden oases, and the village of Khamlia known for Gnawa music. In the late afternoon, ride camels into the dunes and pause for sunset. Continue to your desert camp where dinner is served under the stars, followed by traditional music around the fire.

After sunrise and breakfast, depart the desert toward Rissani, an authentic trading town with a traditional market. Continue through palm filled landscapes to Todra Gorge, where you can walk along the river between towering cliffs. In the afternoon, drive toward Dades Valley, stopping at scenic viewpoints before overnight stay in a local guesthouse.

Travel through the Rose Valley and the palm groves of Skoura. Continue to Ouarzazate to see Taourirt Kasbah and the film studios. Visit Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village recognized by UNESCO and famous for its cinematic history. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n Tichka Pass and arrive in Marrakech in the evening.

Discover Marrakech with a local guide. Visit Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, and Ben Youssef Madrasa, then explore the lively souks of the Medina. Experience the energy of Jemaa el Fna Square and admire the Koutoubia Mosque from outside. Optional visit to Majorelle Garden in the afternoon. Overnight in Marrakech.

Drive west to Essaouira, passing argan tree landscapes along the way. Explore the old Medina, fishing port, and historic ramparts. Enjoy fresh seafood by the ocean or walk along the beach. Later in the day, return to Marrakech for your final night.
