Upon arrival in Casablanca, our driver will meet you at the airport (or pick you up from your hotel) and transfer you to your accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, we can visit the Hassan II Mosque and enjoy a first walk along the Corniche area. Afterward, you’ll return to your hotel for your first night in Casablanca.

After breakfast, we leave Casablanca and head to Rabat, Morocco’s capital. Here you’ll visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas with its beautiful ocean views. After lunch, we continue north through the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen. Once you arrive, you’ll have free time to explore the blue-painted alleys, small squares, and local shops. If you wish, you can walk up to the Spanish Mosque for sunset before spending the night in Chefchaouen.

In the morning, we drive toward Fes with scenic views of northern Morocco along the way. Our first main stop is Volubilis, the most famous Roman ruins in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you’ll explore ancient mosaics and arches. Afterward, we continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, to visit highlights such as Bab Mansour and the old medina area. By late afternoon, we arrive in Fes and transfer you to your riad for the night.

After breakfast, meet your local guide and start exploring Fes, the cultural and spiritual heart of Morocco. You’ll visit the Royal Palace gates, walk through the historic medina, and discover traditional craft quarters. Your guided tour also includes key stops such as Al Quaraouiyine University and the famous tanneries, where artisans still work using traditional methods. Later, you’ll enjoy a panoramic viewpoint over the city before returning to your accommodation for the night.

Today we travel south toward the Sahara Desert. We begin with stops in Ifrane, often called Morocco’s “Little Switzerland,” and the cedar forests near Azrou where Barbary macaques live. After lunch in the Midelt area, we continue through mountain landscapes and descend into the Ziz Valley, known for its long palm oasis and impressive viewpoints. By late afternoon, we reach Merzouga near the dunes. You’ll enjoy a camel trek at sunset across Erg Chebbi, then continue to your desert camp for dinner, music, and a peaceful night under the stars.

Wake early to watch sunrise over the dunes, then enjoy breakfast at the camp. After returning to Merzouga (by camel or 4x4), we drive to Rissani to visit its traditional market atmosphere, then continue to Erfoud, known for fossils and dates. Later, we arrive at Todra Gorge, where you’ll have time to walk through the canyon and enjoy lunch nearby. In the afternoon, we continue to the Dades Valley, stopping for scenic viewpoints and unique rock formations before checking in for the night.

After breakfast, we follow the famous “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.” We pass through the Rose Valley (optional stop at a local cooperative if you’re interested), then continue to the palm groves of Skoura for a glimpse of classic southern Moroccan landscapes. We visit Ouarzazate and continue to the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, one of Morocco’s most iconic fortified villages. After lunch, we cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with photo stops along the way, and arrive in Marrakech by late afternoon for overnight.

Today you’ll explore Marrakech with a local guide. Depending on your interests, visits may include Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, the medina souks, and the Koutoubia area. In the afternoon, you’ll have time to enjoy the city at your own pace, and in the evening you can experience the atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fna square, famous for its lively street life, performers, and food stalls. Overnight in Marrakech.

After breakfast, and depending on your flight time, we transfer you back to Casablanca for your departure. If you prefer, this tour can also end in Marrakech. This marks the end of your 9 days Morocco tour itinerary from Casablanca.
